Shipping & Delivery
We carefully prepare and package every order to help ensure it reaches you safely and in excellent condition.
UK Delivery Only
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We do not currently offer international delivery.
Free Standard Delivery
Standard UK delivery is free. Express Delivery is available for customers who require their order sooner.
The additional express delivery charge will be shown at checkout before payment is completed.
How Your Order Is Processed
Our preparation and dispatch times depend on whether your items are in stock or handmade to order.
Order Received
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation using the details provided at checkout.
Order Preparation
In-stock items are normally prepared for dispatch within 24 hours of ordering.
Handmade and made-to-order products may take up to 5 working days to prepare before dispatch.
Dispatched
Orders are sent using Royal Mail or DPD, depending on the delivery service selected and the size of the parcel.
Delivered
Delivery time begins from the date your order is dispatched, rather than the date the order was placed.
Standard Delivery
Standard orders are normally sent using Royal Mail 2nd Class.
Delivery may take longer during busy periods, bank holidays, adverse weather or postal disruption.
Express Delivery
Express orders are sent using an appropriate Royal Mail or DPD service.
Express Delivery speeds up delivery after dispatch. Handmade preparation times still apply unless agreed otherwise.
Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm
Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends, UK bank holidays or during notified business closure periods.
Orders placed outside our business hours will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.
Please carefully check your:
- House number or property name
- Street address
- Town or city
- Postcode
Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. Changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed, packed or dispatched.
Handmade Orders
Many of our handmade products are created especially for each customer.
Handmade and made-to-order products may take up to 5 working days to prepare before dispatch.
Where an order contains both in-stock and handmade items, the order may be dispatched together once all products are ready.
Delayed or Missing Orders
Postal delays can occasionally happen after your order has left us and may be outside our control.
Before contacting us, please check:
- Your dispatch notification
- Any available tracking information
- Safe places around your property
- Whether a neighbour accepted the parcel
- The delivery address supplied
Contact us with your name and order number if your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe.
Damaged Orders
Please contact us as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged.
Please include:
- Your name
- Your order number
- A description of the damage
- Clear photographs of the item and packaging
Please retain the damaged item and its original packaging until we have responded.
